The breakfast was great and had a wonderful selection of quality ingredients, including raw honeycomb. All the staff are friendly and professional. I found them very cute.

The location was really convenient. I easily walked to many attractions. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection, and the pastries tasted delicious. The team even surprised my husband with a special birthday plate, and he felt so special.
I noticed the music in the elevators was a little too loud for my taste.

The location was superb, situated right by the serene river. I found the staff to be consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the excellent customer service I received in the restaurant, where the team was polite and attentive.

superb riverside stay
spacious room comfortable bed bright reception attentive staff
The rooms were spacious and well laid out. I appreciated the very comfortable bed and the bright, spacious reception area. it was nice that there were many seats available. i found the riverside location and views really good from that side of the building. the staff were great.
I found the doors to the rooms heavy. I found it difficult to open and manage them. the door kept pushing on me, attempting to close. every entry and exit became a battle.
